Positive: Quiet location. Love the view of the marsh.
Negative: Nothing we didn't like. It is the second time this year we have stayed. The first was in March. We will return. The only advice would be to mulch and week the landscape. It is too pretty an house and location to let the outside go. I think the house is a little pricey only because of the distance from the beach. Young adults can walk the distance, but for older it is too long, so we have to pay to park everyday.
Summary: Great 2024 Vacation.
