Directly on the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches' facing the Gulf of Mexico, this brand new family resort in Panama City Beach, Florida is the ideal vacation destination. This upscale development includes a gulf front pool, indoor pool, fitness center, indoor spa, on-site restaurant and much more. 1680 square feet of luxury, 3 bedroom 3 bath corner unit. This newly decorated 12th foor unit features everything you could possibly want to make your vacation one of many great memories. The bedrooms are large and far enough apart for privacy. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a large bathroom with garden tub and shower, sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony, and a 32 inch flat screen T.V. with a built in dvd player. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, and both have flat screen 32 inch T.Vs with built in dvd players. The very large balcony (306 square feet) is a spectacular viewing area for the breathtaking sunsets, with table and chairs for eight (Dinner on the balcony, wonderful!). The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware to serve 12. The condo also has a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for six. There is a bar area in the kitchen with three bar stools for additional seating. New washer and dryer for your use. For your convenience we supply you with enough trash bags, washing detergent, dishwashing liquid, automatic dishwashing detergent and other basic necessities to get you to the beach sooner. The living room features ample seating with a large sofa(folds out to queen-size bed) and love seat, a 46 inch flat screen T.V. with dvd player. Wet bar with an additional icemaker.
