Positive: The location, pool and hot tub were nice.
Negative: Only one elevator was in service the whole week stay. Apparently the wrong color wristbands that were provided for my family to wear to the pool were the wrong color. Pool guard is extremely rude-the first night we went down to the pool we forgot to wear the wristbands-instead of using words and simply telling us we needed the bands to be in the pool area-the guard scurried to the "wristbands must be worn" sign and pointed at it repeatedly (never once said a word). I understand he probably gets tired of people forgetting them but the interaction was bizarre. The condo is in need of a major deep cleaning, new kitchen utensils (enough for more than one person) and updating. Dryer makes a horrible noise when in use that vibrates the entire second bedroom-also ruined brand new clothing I had just bought. The bunk beds need to be tossed-not sturdy and extremely claustrophobic. This is my 4th stay at Majestic Sun-overall I would recommend the place but but the condo specifically did not meet the expectations of the other 3 i have stayed in.
