WE HAVE VERY STRICT SPRING BREAK POLICIES. FAMILY VACATIONS ONLY. NO CHAPERONED GROUPS OR VACATIONING STUDENTS. RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE. I REPEAT WE ARE VERY STRICT WHEN IT COMES TO SPRING BREAK. NO PETS ALLOWED.

This 9th floor condominium has the best unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset in Majestic Sun. The sunset view is spectacular. This condo has FREE WIFI, a large flat screen TV and a blue ray player. Granite countertops through this beautiful condo.
It has a 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, heated indoor/outdoor pool, workout facility and covered parking.
This one bedroom, two bath unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hall way and a queen sleeper.
The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need and has stainless steel appliances.
The condo is located very close to the Silver Sands Outlet mall, Destin airport, Sandestin and The Whale's Tale.

Summary: We chose Majestic Sun based on the location and the indoor pool. The views from the condo were great. The condo overall was great. The pool gate codes were not provided at check-in, but the owner responded immediately. Although fairly common, we had to adjust our meal plans to what was provided in the kitchen. We would recommend providing a kitchen towel, work on getting the small stove burners to lay flat, and replacing the toaster that doesn’t latch.
