Summary: This review (including the number of stars) is actually for a different house because despite booking this house in May for a late September stay, unfortunately the property owner cancelled our reservation for this house two days before our group of eleven people (including bride/groom for their wedding weekend) were supposed to arrive. However, the property manager, Wendy, was lovely. She called to give me the bad news but thankfully was able to get us into a different house nearby (Eberhard Ranch in Santa Ynez). The house was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The property is quite large and peaceful. We definitely took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi and had fun watching all of the animals on the property. The location is great, very close to downtown Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and several wineries, including where the wedding took place. So thank you, Wendy, you were terrific and saved the day!
