You have found a secret oasis in a city of half million people.This is a spectacular property in the center of the city with impressive views and total privacy, dog friendly and centrally located less than 15 minutes to any outlying part of town. This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle, one of a kind and truly a special place!
The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.
The property has its own private entrance, no internal shared spaces or external shared spaces
(Hot tub, bbq area and the patio) . Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.
