• Some guests do successfully make it to the cabin without AWD or 4WD. However, an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle is suggested. The owners are not responsible if you bring a 2-wheel drive vehicle and it is unable to access the property. Turning off Traction Control does help. The driveway is gravel and maintained regularly. There are a couple of curves and steeper sections that can cause difficulty in a 2-wheel drive vehicle.
• No Smoking inside the home or deck area.
• At least one guest must be 21+ and present each night.
• $25/night pet fee, with a 2-dog limit (combined weight under 60 lbs.). If you have any questions or need special approval, please reach out. All requests are considered. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate dismissal without refund and additional charges.
