Summary: There was a great lack of communication. It took us three days to finally get ahold of someone. Beds were uncomfortable. Closets were full of owners stuff so we had no place to put our stuff. We were there a month. Our code was changed 4 times so once we were locked out and had to get ahold of someone to help which was a struggle. The unit was nicely decorated and plenty of room for us. Because of all the difficulties we had it was mentioned that they were going to try and compensate us 200 which we never saw. In spite of all of the frustrations we really enjoyed Panama City Beach. I pray that these things are addressed before it is rented in the future.
