3 Bedroom House in Merens-les-Vals

Cozy mountain village house, retaining the traditional Ariège air, built in granite stone and wood, very well equipped. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Well located for fishing, hiking, hydrotherapy, sports tourism, biking, skiing, cultural tourism and in the great outdoors, ideal for hikers and walks. The accommodation is an old house originally built in 1910. It is located in Merens les Vals, and entirely renovated by its owners during the last years as soon as they became owners in 2003, retaining its traditional wooden and stone structures. Our house is very well equipped, comfortable, to find you on a real home. Its large rooms retain old carpentry, with modern beds and mattresses and comodes. A complete and efficient kitchen area, very well equipped with modern household appliances, and small electrics to make yourself at home. A dining room and a living room with fireplace insert, to warm up after a ski day, or simply to rest with the calm of the fire. Bathroom with Italian duche and hidrojets, and a separate toilet with sink. Our accommodation has 3 bedrooms. You can rent the whole house, the rooms will be open depending on occupancy, from 2 -9 people. The distribution of rooms, namely (for 2 pax a double room; 3pax, a triple room; 4pax a quadruple room, 5 pax (double and triple) 6pax, double and quadruple, 7 pax, quadruple and triple, 8-9 people , the three bedrooms. the others remain closed, but can ask with the owner for an extra opening of the rooms with a supplement on the price. Animals are admitted at extra cost, depending on the weight and size of the dog. Towels and sheets not included. Possibility to ask extra.
