Travel Purpose: business
Positive: No breakfast was included. The location is very good but more information should be provided of the use of the appliances and what's expected of the occupants. There was little communication during the stay and then a text at the end of the day before departure with the things expected to do at the end of the stay. It is a wonderful avenue close to the market and the beach but more explanation will make it an excellent rating. There is comfort in both bedrooms and air conditioning. One bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a loft without air conditioning. You can open the electrical windows during the day but at 5 pm close the windows so the mosquitoes will not bother you. I will suggest an air conditioning in the common area for nighttime. The TV is high tech and a wonderful addition. I will stay again in this venue.
Negative: The mosquitoes at night and the lack of directions for the French appliances. As an American we like details and it will be a great addition to find something written upon arrival. There were fruits, rhum and beverages in the refrigerator but we didn't touch it since there was no explanation or if there were a charge.
Summary: A wonderful avenue for my family reunion.
