During the Summer its fenced-in backyard and, patio are great for soaking in the sun, playing yard games, and stargazing in the private Hot Tub. In the common area, the kitchen is designed to look over the living room, helping the chef of the family stay connected during family time while the rest of the group is gathered around the coffee table playing board games or watching the game to the backdrop of a cozy fire.
Walking distance to a sandy beach, this home offers the perfect setting for your family getaway or couples retreat. Once you park the car, you are within walking distance of everything you will need. Walk over to Tahoe Paddle and Oar and rent paddleboards or kayaks for a day out on the lake. You can rent e-bikes or mountain bikes around the corner too! The adventurous type will love it's easy access to the boat launch and the gorgeous sandy beaches of Kings Beach Rec Area (less than 1/2 a mile walk), as well as local restaurants and shops like Jason's Beachside Grille, Fat Cat Kitchen, and Whitecaps Pizza among many others. Old Brockway golf course less than a mile down the road and Northstar Ski Resort is just 8 miles away!
