Positive: Nice little house with great facilities. Finding the instructions to unlock the laundry room was difficult. Suggest rewrite these so more legible.
Negative: 1) I sent an email with the requirements for each bedroom before our arrival. On arrival I was disappointed to find the trundle bed had not been set up in one bedroom as requested so the child was in the same room as his mother. 2) one bedroom had a fan but no air conditioner it was very hot during the adverse heat alerts that occurred during our stay. 3) the outside clothes line could not be utilised as appeared broken and would not stay extended. The dryer was therefore used at all times. 4) I am a short person and found the front steps difficult to get up. A side rail would have provided some safety for an older person.
