Positive: The location is the number one feature of this apartment. Also, the apartment is modern, very functional and comfortable. Everything you need to be a home away from home. The Carrefour market is steps away. Plenty of nearby eateries, sites & patisseries all just minutes' walk away. We had an excellent stay & Nimes has plenty to see and do.
Negative: There are three flights of stairs to climb as apartment is on the top floor. Once the suitcases were upstairs, it was OK. There is a little noise from a nearby bar/cafe at night but petered out at reasonable hour.
Summary: Highly recommend this lovely apartment for a short or long stay.
