Positive: Though lacking garden, garage or balcony, the accommodation is literally a matter of 100-150m walk and you are at the beaches either side of the harbour and a host of shops and restaurants. The front door opens direct onto the road (so perhaps not ideal for families?) but free local parking is available (for some streets you need a disk and I think it's limited to 90 minutes stay) and it can get a bit busy in the daytime but at night it's calm, peaceful and safe.
