Positive: Upon arrival Alexis welcomed us, showed us around, gave us a map and some helpful tips for day trips. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and upon arrival it had a small thoughtful gift. Alexis was super helpful when we asked for a high chair, we really appreciate it. The location is good, not too far from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. After our departure Alexis contacted us that we forgot a night light and that he will send it to us. Wow, this is customer service, actually no this is true friendliness. Grande merci!
