Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a beautiful setting in the hills above Budoni. It's just a short drive to both Budoni and San Teodoro and is close to multiple fabulous beaches. There is a large balcony with an outdoor dining table and room for drying clothes. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for your stay and there is also beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs) available to borrow if you don't have your own. The host was very helpful, providing all the information we might need for our stay.
Negative: We booked the apartment as it has access to a pool, but the pool was not available for our stay, however this was outside of our host's control.
