Summary: Te room we were in was not the room I had booked. I booked a suite with separate bedroom and living room. Whaat we ended up with was a one room everything room. The lady at the front desk was very rude and claimed I got the room I ad reserved. We did manage to see the room next door that was the suites type we reserved which was very disappointing. The property landscape and outside area was not maintained and cluttered with trash. We won't be staying at MainStay in the future. I had stayed in the adjoining Comfort Inn 3 weeks earlier and found it to be much better.
