Fabulous swimming from shore and from the private dock. Kayaks are included, for paddling around Lower Goose, the Goslings and nearby ledges, to visit seals. Explore the island's shoreline for shells, sea glass and tidal treasures. Walk the the woodland trails for special birds, flowers and fauna. Fishing, clamming and private lobstering excursions are available. Breathtaking views from the front deck and yard provide constant pleasure. Enjoy cocktails on the pier and watch the boating activity at the Goslings anchorage. The cottage offers a casual open layout. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and sun porch, plus one bedroom with bunkbeds. The upstairs provides two full beds and three twin beds. The bath amenities include an indoor shower, a wonderful outdoor shower, and an ecofriendly toilet facility. In addition to the main cottage, a small bunk house is available, should you need additional space, or perhaps a smaller space. Please contact us for more information regarding the bunk house, or additional island properties. Lower Goose Island is an easy 20 minute commute from the Royal River anchorage in Yarmouth. Boat transportation is included to Lower Goose for your arrival and departure. Additional boating excursions may be arranged, to include trips to Eagle Island to visit Admiral Perry's home, Jewel Island to visit WWII lookout towers and bunkers, or trips to the main land for shopping, antiqueing, museums or historic sites.
