The Maiden Rock Barn is an ideal place to gather with friends, family or to spend some time alone. Located in the beautiful countryside of Maiden Rock township, WI, at the top of Pine Creek Rustic Road known for it's great birding and trout stream. Maiden Rock Barn is a few miles from the Mississippi River/Lake Pepin. The Barn is a short drive from the river towns of Maiden Rock(5 mi), Stockholm(7 mi), Pepin(11 mi) and near the birthsite of L. I. Wilder; 20 miles from Red Wing or Wabasha.
The space
The Vacation Rental is a 1500 square foot, walk-out apartment with a Southwest facing patio. The interior has a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and satellite TV leading into an open kitchen with a harvest table for gathering. There are two private bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and another queen bed under the back stairwell. The outdoor area has a fire-pit and charcoal grill for the guest's enjoyment.
The owner lives upstairs, but there is no shared space. The vacation rental is completely separate with its own entry and parking space.
