The Mahana 505 at Kaanapali in beautiful West Maui. Our unit is located in the Molokai tower of the Mahana complex.
Fantastic ocean views immediately when you walk through the front door. Floor to ceiling windows offer you incredible views to spot whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, sail boats, surfers & snorkelers.
Just relax & take in the spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and islands while sitting in your air conditioned living room . The breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets will be a lasting memory. I love to sit out on the lanai and listen to the waves. Our nights are surreal on Maui, from the incredible sunsets to the beautiful starlit skies. Let the sound of the waves breaking against the shore lull you to sleep at night & wake up to the ocean calling you to go explore the beach or snorkel the warm Hawaiian waters.
We even supply snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and a cart. Many of our guests snorkel right from the beach outside of the complex. During your snorkeling experience, you may see the magnificent sea turtles, sting rays, octopus, squid & many kinds of bright tropical fish and colorful coral.
If your travels bring you to Maui from mid-December through April, you will be treated to the magical experience watching the migration of the incredible Humpback whales to the warm Maui waters. Watch these “gentle giant’s” frolic in the channel from your lanai or book a trip on a local whale watching boat where whale sightings are practically guaranteed during this time.
There is pickleball for 4 , tennis racquets and tennis balls for your use in our unit.
Our condo is located in beautiful West Maui along the Kaanapali coast. The Mahana complex is literally just a few yards from the water with direct and full ocean view and of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. It is a quiet, non-smoking complex with lush tropical gardens and grounds. It is privately tucked away at the end of Kaanapali Shores Place and attracts visitors who enjoy quiet oceanfront living close to the activities in Kaanapali, famous Black Rock for snorkeling or cliff jumping. There are a number of championship golf courses, wonderful restaurants & shops within a short walking distance.
Our unit has been remodeled and redecorated with gorgeous natural stone travertine floors throughout with the bathrooms wrapped floor to ceiling with stone. It is a spacious one bedroom with a King bed and a Queen Size sofa sleeper with fresh clean linens. It is furnished with all you’ll need including air conditioning, ceiling fans, to a completely equipped Chef’s kitchen features stainless steel kitchen appliances, Hawaiian Koa wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The bathrooms include walk-in showers and granite vanities. The lights all have dimmers to create a soft romantic ambiance when wanted. The TV is a smart TV with a sound bar with Bluetooth capabilities to pair your own devices and play music for playing your own personal favorite music from your own smart device.
You will have no highway noises, no parking fees, no check in fees, no nightly amenity fees, and no Wi-Fi fees. Packing is easy, as we provide our guests: iron, ironing board, hairdryers in the bathrooms, luxury towels and linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cart for your beach adventures and a starter supply including paper products, trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and hand soap. You also have washer & dryer in the condo for your use! The Mahana has an oceanfront a heated pool, whirlpool spa, & gas barbecues pool side where you can watch the sunset & play shuffleboard or a game of tennis.
For bookings exceeding 14 days, a 'freshen up' cleaning will be arranged midway through your stay at no additional charge.
