This is our personal condo we rent and is maintained by my Wife, Jackie and Me (Elwin). It is located in on Myrtlewood Golf Course with a golf course view from the windows in the unit. The Ocean is 5 blocks away (apprx. 1 mile) not walkable but has public access paid parking at the end of 48th ave. Broadway at the Beach with over 100 shops, 16 Restaurants, night clubs, movie theaters and more is a mile away. BiLO Grocery is located 1/4 from the entrance to the complex.

Summary: The condo was perfectly located, with easy quick access to the boardwalk, stores and restaurants. We were able to walk off the golf course and 5 mins later check in to our condo. The condo was immaculate, cosy and perfect for our needs. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive and accommodating. I should also add patient as I had issues entering the condo with the passcode only to find out I had mistakenly gone to the wrong building number. A quick apology and laughs and we were soon at the right place. Would definitely recommend and would rebook again in the future.
