Summary: Location was ideal for getting to the beach and city. Nice view with pier access. Quiet residential area was nice with off street parking. Living room/kitchen was nice size but might need another chair for larger group. Bedroom needs a small nightstand on each side of the bed. Large deck area was very usable for the most part, didn't care for the neighbor's cigarette smoke when the wind was blowing our way. We would stay again given the opportunity.
