Summary: The grout in the bathroom tiles is almost nonexistent causing the tiles to wiggle when stepped on. They will soon crack if left unintended. Shower in the master bedroom drains very slow. Lamp in 2nd bedroom is missing the knob to turn it on.It would be extremely helpful if there was a code pad for entry to the garage. Having to go through the condo to open the door is ver inconvenient. There is not a hairdryer as stated. Appliances are very nice. The location is perfect for visiting the Stickyards, near Southside or downtown.
