A Brand new Vacation Rental one block from the beach in one of the most desired areas along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Magnolia Beach Escape will be one of four Vacation Rentals within walking distance of each other for those Family reunions, Weddings on the beach, a beach get-a-way with extend family or just for your own family.. The Magnolia Escape is a half block from a large park with walking/running trails, outdoor area with a direct view of the Gulf. Is a block from 26 miles of white sand beach, walking distance from the city center of Long Beach, restaurants, city splash pad and the Towne Green facility where all the activities take place. The Magnolia Escape is in the center of anything to do along the Coast and only an hours drive to downtown New Orleans. Will be an addition to our collective group in Long Beach and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. That provides four Vacation Homes within walking distance to each other for those looking for more space for family vacations, beach weddings, families wishing to stay near to each other. The Magnolia Beach Cottage, Magnolia Beach Hideaway & Kingfish Beach Retreat are all within a short walk of the Magnolia Beach Escape. The Escape is one block from the beachfront and within walking distance to downtown Long Beach, restaurants, etc. The Magnolia Beach Escape will have fully stocked kitchen (so you can cook a dinner without feeling like you are camping) along with a k kup coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. Contains: toaster, microwave, blender, electric mixer, crock pot, waffle maker. Good kitchen knives that are not dull (can you tell that is my pet peeve when I travel at VRBOs and get stuck with dull knives???) and also steak knives, a propane grill along with BBQ grilling tools. For the beach the Escape has a wagon and lawn chairs and beach towels and beach toys for those days spent at the beach. Along with a variety of board games and a small collection of books including local history books for our guests the Magnolia Beach Escape has something for everyone in the family. If this is also a "work vacation" the Magnolia Beach Escape offers high speed wireless internet and will also feature a desk with an office chair to keep up with the happenings at the office while you vacation. It is your ideal location to experience the Coast in an established, safe and secure neighborhood, away from the crowds and noise but only minutes from anything that might interest you. The area Magnolia Escape is located in is one of the most sought after locations along the entire Gulf of Mexico. This is truly enjoying the area like a locale.
