Magnificent modern villa with private pool, located in L'Escala Center, a stone's throw from the beaches of San Marti. It is composed of 3 modern bedrooms with high-end bedding, 2 bathrooms with WC, a living / dining room equipped with TV with TNT and wifi with free and unlimited internet access, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. The living / dining room opens directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool is located with a barbecue area. The villa has an attached garage that can accommodate a vehicle. On the front, a space allows to park a large vehicle. There is also the possibility of parking on the street. Very quiet villa in a residential and family area located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of San Marti and the heart of the village. Ideally located La Casa Verda is perfect for family vacations. The village of L'escala and its surroundings allow a multitude of diverse and varied activities such as mountain biking, diving, hiking, visiting sites, restaurants, beach xiringuito etc ... On the day of your arrival at the villa, i receive you and give you a map with all the good addresses to know as well as all the activities you can practice during your vacation. In addition, I can be reached 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
