Villa Condor is made up of five apartments intended for a clientele wishing to rest and seeking a calm environment. To increase your comfort we equip your apartment with what you need so that you do not have to run straight to the supermarket either: a bottle of wine and water, 2 beers, coffee, tea, herbal tea, oil , vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, crackers, jam, crackers, towels, shampoo, kleenex, shower gel, hand soap, body milk. The villa is equipped with a fitness center and 2 swimming pools (one of which is 15 meters long, heated) for the exclusive use of customers. The apartment (39m2) is made up of a living room / kitchen area with convertible sofa (140 x 200), a bedroom (double bed of 160 x 200) and a bathroom. This apartment is ideal for two (can however accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in July and August). The apartment has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a TV and a large loggia extending onto the terrace with beautiful sea views. During the fall / winter period you will appreciate the underfloor heating. Villa Condor is located in the town of Benissa, along the coast road between Moraira (5 km) and Calpe (8 km) 126 km south of Valencia airport and 93 km north of airport Alicante. It is located in a residential area between Avenida de la Marina and Carrer l'Hortolà. In 3 minutes on foot you reach the charming beach “Cala Advocat”. There are also the restaurants "La Paillotte" and "Xiringuito L'eriçó". From Villa Condor you have a splendid view of the sea and the remarkable Peñon de Ifach rock. The marvelous hinterland invites to impressive excursions. Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and doctors are nearby. The small sandy beaches between Calpe and Moraira are easy to reach and offer many leisure activities such as diving, surfing, jet skiing, boat rental. Golf courses, horse riding centers and tennis courts complete the number of activities possible. For lovers of walks, know that from the Condor villa you can reach the coastal path, very well maintained, which leads you along small coves and offers spectacular sea views.
