Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable north end, this exquisite riverfront estate is located a mere 60 yards from the banks of the Deschutes River. It is an exceptional architectural retreat with 98 large windows bringing the beauty of nature into every room. The home is filled with contemporary, comfortable seating areas and cozy nooks with interesting art and a clean, modern feel. From the moment you step through the front door, you will be able to take in the sweeping river and forest views. As you ascend the staircase to the main level you will find stunning river views through a soaring, 25-foot (at peak) wall of windows. The bike path is nearby so the riverfront meadow belongs to you, the wildlife, and a few quiet morning walkers. The sunlit, open floorplan includes a living area with a towering, two-sided wood-burning fireplace, a large fully stocked island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a café table for four, and an eight-person formal dining area. Off the main level is the master suite with high ceilings and a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors with a whirlpool tub and shower, river views, and access to the upper deck.
On the ground floor are three more bedrooms, a cozy family room with leather couches and large-screen TV with multiple streaming options and an extensive DVD movie library, a game table (lots of games and puzzles), a gas fireplace, and a wet bar with a fridge and microwave. Able to sleep up to 10 people, accommodations include four comfortable bedrooms with three king-size beds and one kid-friendly bunk room with two bunks (one of which has a trundle for a fifth bed or lower king bed), and a port-a-crib. There are three and a half bathrooms and large walk-in closets in every bedroom. Other amenities include free WiFi, central heating/air conditioning with separate zone controls, and a second refrigerator in the garage.
The large upper deck features a premium built-in gas grill, dining table and chairs for 12, and expansive river views. A second lower deck includes teak reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, side tables, and bench seating. The semi-finished garage also serves as a recreation space with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey tables. Relax in the hot tub after the day's activities to really take advantage of being on vacation. Other recreation amenities include 10 SHARC waterpark passes and seven bicycles (one smaller kid’s bike) to explore Sunriver’s 35 miles of pathways.

Just a short drive or bike ride away is the Village at Sunriver, which offers great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. There is a large grocery store and gas station at the north end, as well. When you're ready for adventure, Sunriver offers a variety of attractions and activities for all ages in all seasons including the SHARC waterpark and world-renowned skiing at Mt. Bachelor. In summer, boat down the Deschutes, or hike, bike, or ride horseback to discover one of the many scenic areas and waterfalls in the nearby national forest. Sunriver also offers incredible golf courses, tennis courts, playgrounds and year-round planned activities and events (concerts, sleigh rides, sports events, and the like), and paved walking and cycling trails. And for guests flying in from out of town, Redmond airport is 45 minutes north and there is the private (though open-to-the-public) Sunriver Airport, just four miles south.
