Whitewashed walls, large fresh and spacious bedrooms, 60 m2 living room, pretty furniture, large flowery interior courtyard, vaulted passageways, 3 hectares of scrubland around ... shaded corners and terrace. Absolute charm, protected 12mx4m swimming pool, 360 ° view of an unspoiled countryside, all 10 minutes from the lovely ducal city of Uzès and 20 minutes from Nîmes. The property adjoins the house of the owners who will be happy to reveal all their good addresses to you. The architecture of the premises, however, ensures everyone's privacy. To ensure the comfort of your stay and the proper maintenance of the property, the caretaker will regularly maintain the pool, water the garden and clean the house. These services as well as the exit cleaning are included in the rental price.
The space intended for rental consists of 3 buildings of approximately 100 m2 each, independent and between which circulation is around a fresh and flowery courtyard.
