Can accommodate up to 16 with three large living areas, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two inviting outdoor areas. Big spa bath, gas hot water and cooking, central heating, plus a cosy log fire. Central New Plymouth location, fully furnished and serviced executive residence. This is the perfect house for a large group wanting to holiday together in wonderful New Plymouth! Excellent for events such as weddings where out-of-town guests and family can stay together in one beautiful location. This property is also equally suitable for smaller groups due to the house layout and design. Plenty of off-street parking spaces, with a carport and double garage if required. The downstairs studio area, including kitchen and bathroom can be self contained or combined with the main house depending on the needs of your group. Bed layout: Master bedroom - one king size bed, plus one single and a single trundler - sleeps four. Second bedroom - one queen - sleeps two. Third bedroom - king single with single trundler Fourth bedroom (studio downstairs) - one queen - sleeps two. Three separate living areas with three fold out double bed settees - sleeps six. Portacot available for infants. Multiple safe and fenced deck areas for small children and pets. A highchair is also available for use. Please note that pets are by request ONLY. There are dog kennels and runs located at the back of the garden, but no animals are allowed in the house please. Included in the price is Freeview TV and wireless internet. There is a small charge for linen and cleaning service (top quality linen is supplied). For your personal items there is a washing machine and dryer located in the garage, with no extra charge for using these. Special conditions: No smoking in the house please. Pets allowed with prior approval. Minimum stay of two nights for up to four people per booking at a cost of $250 per night. Additional guests are $40 per person. Under 1's are free. A fixed rate is used for special events such as WOMAD, the Tattoo Festival, Americana, etc. Please inquire for details.
