Mia Hermosa is a newer complex of 48 condos with 24/7 security and elevators in the El Cortecito area of Bavaro Beach, within walking distance to the beach (between 5 and 10 min), as well as shopping and many great restaurants. There is a large magnificent pool and a small gym for your enjoyment.
Condo A202 is a large (1450 sq. ft) self-catered 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom unit with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. It has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated with quality furniture. It sleeps 6 people (with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom). It has 3 balconies, one in each bedroom and a large one overlooking the beautiful pool, which is fully furnished with a dining room table that accommodates 6 people, a large sofa and coffee table, and a lounge chair to take full advantage of the outdoors.
The unit includes a flat screen TV, stainless steel appliances (gas stove/oven and fridge), a stackable washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with water cooler, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, quality pots and pans, etc., as well as other accessories such as a hotel safe, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Bedrooms have blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Free wi-fi and cable TV with international programming is also provided. The unit also includes a reserved parking spot in a secure parking lot requiring an access pass for entry.
Mia Hermosa is a quiet family resort, and is not suitable for parties, wild groups or spring breakers. We expect all guests to treat our condo as their own.
In an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$5 and US$10 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and will be charged separately at check-out.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your quote. Additional housekeeping during your stay is available upon request at the renter’s expense.
