Positive: The cleanliness and modern features. For a family, it had everything (down to salt in the kitchen), blender, washing machine, dish washer etc.
Negative: The location, while it was downtown, the window was facing the gabbage collection point and the apartment buildings so it’s a sore site. My advice? Don’t lookout of your window. Too many complexities in accessing the apartment and the still lodge in time of 4pm yet check out is 10 am.
Summary: Clean and modern interior with necessary facilities.
