Located on the 2nd floor with lift, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds (one of the two single beds is a pull-out bed);
- A fully equipped kitchen;

- A comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wi-Fi, fridge, TV, Tassimo coffee machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large, largely residential space, but it does include some of Paris' most famous attractions. It is the tower, the train station and the Montparnasse cemetery. It is also the district of the Catacombs, the joyful Denfert-Rochereau, the rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops. The apartment is located in a typical Parisian mini-neighborhood that was the bastion of many renowned painters. Yves Klein lived one floor above our flat.
