Summary: This property is challenging to review. Starting with the positives: once inside, the house is acceptable, though it doesn't quite match the advertised description. The photos glamorize the property and do not accurately represent the location and neighborhood. It's akin to a "glamour shots" photo shoot for a house. However, the location is convenient, offering easy access to the interstate and making it easy to reach various places in San Diego within a 15-20 minute drive. Now, the negatives: upon arrival after 18 hours of travel, we were shocked by the surrounding area and didn't feel safe. There was a homeless person on the sidewalk, which added to our discomfort. We should have done more thorough research instead of relying solely on the pictures and previous "great/exceptional" reviews. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.
