This lovely, recently remodeled, fully equipped condo has a master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms and bath which is perfect for families or friends. There is a large living room with games and TV and large balcony with BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with a pantry filled with essential cooking staples. There is a full washer and dryer in the home, air-conditioning, free WI-Fi, outdoor parking on site, and an elevator. The views are beautiful and sounds of the river relaxing. The condo is located steps from shopping, at least 25 great restaurants to choose from, a local brewery, movie theater, hiking, biking, skiing and mountain sports for all seasons. There is a hiking/biking trail on the Eagle River, just outside the property. There are always fun and often free cultural events in Beaver Creek and Vail, which are located just a few minutes away.
