After an exciting day of adventuring throughout Davenport and Disney World, you will be looking to rest for an equally entertaining tomorrow. You’ll find 2 master bedrooms conveniently located on the first floor. (No need to climb stairs!)
Upstairs, aside from four comfortable and pleasantly outfitted bedrooms, you’ll find three MAGICAL and FANTASTIC bedrooms that have been professionally SUPER THEMED, with custom-made beds, interactive play and lighting equipment, and murals! Your little guests will be thrilled and their imaginations will soar as they play along with some of their favorite characters - Moana, Pirates and Nemo!
The children will delight in the “Sandcastle” room where they’ll be sure to find Mother Earth calmly poised and Moana running around. The custom built sandcastle beds (best suited for kids) are made to climb around with two top bunks and two trundle kid-size beds below.
In the “Underwater Grotto” room you’ll sleep and play in sea cavern-like bunk beds with a slide, and beautiful murals surround you with all your favorite Nemo characters! Who will be the first to find Nemo? Don’t tell anyone but there’s a “secret passage” tunnel that takes you straight into the Pirate room!
The underwater Pirate bedroom includes a custom built sunken pirate ship boasting a full size mattress, and the captain’s landing with a steering wheel. You may even spot some dolphins and a sunken treasure! No worries if you have a few more ship-maties, arrrrr, there’s another bunk bed with full and twin size beds. The young ones will never get bored in this Villa!

Numerous restaurants, shops, and groceries can be found within a two-mile radius.

Check in time is 4PM or after - Check out time is 10AM or before
At the time, due to prolonged cleaning times we do not accommodate early check in or late check out times.
All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor inside the home.
No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.
First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.
Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play is available upon request. Please let us know 3 days in advance if you want to utilize these items. Guests are to clean these items upon departure.
Grills- We provide either a charcoal or gas grill in our Pool Villas. Charcoal and replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest.
We ask guests who use the grills to clean and empty prior to departure, so they are ready for next guest.
Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $25+tax/fee per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $25 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.
Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.

Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it. Violation of our "no party" rule will result in immediate eviction. There are cameras on the front and side of the home to enforce this policy. Violations are immediately turned over to the local sheriff and AirBnB. Quiet hours in this subdivision are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
