Cathedral ceilings, oversized kitchen island, a huge wrap around deck and fabulous rock garden set this property apart. Plush carpeting and a master with an ensuite adds luxury. Master =king bed. 2nd=queen bed. 3rd = trundle single to double.
The marble bathroom has its own private spa bath.
TV includes Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime.
The laundry area includes a washer, dryer and clothesline and is built on one of the decks.
The back deck overlooks the rocks and garden, which is lit up by landscaping lights at night - it's spectacular!
A few minutes drive from magnificent Umina Beach and the cafes, restaurants, buzz of Umina and Ettalong. There is even a cute little cinema.
There is everything you need: Aldi/Coles/Woollies, Bunnings.
Bouddhi National Park has a magnificent coastal walk, and Terrigal, Copacabana and McMasters are beautiful beaches. There is plenty to explore, but even if you never drift far from Umina you can't go wrong. The beach is stunning, with views to Palm Beach and a huge long golden stretch to walk. Try fish tacos and drinks at Margarita Daze or great coffee at Lords Of Pour.
There is a covered car garage but the driveway is steep, so you may prefer to use the free street parking. The entire upstairs home is yours with your own private garden. There is a small self-contained unit downstairs that is completely separate, your area is at the top of the stairs - it is the main house is on the property. Once you are home, it's just you and the rocks - and the occasional lizard sighting!
