The main level has a Great Room with a vaulted ceiling, a south facing wall of windows overlooking a giant grove of aspens. Imagine the sense of awe awaiting you as you sit in one of the leather recliners by that window.... This Cabin boasts hickory floors and cabinets, and a wood burning stove. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a granite dining table, and a large island. It includes a laundry room and walk in pantry with a steam washer and dryer and stainless appliances including a dishwasher. The main level has a master bedroom suite, an attached full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Also on the main level is a 1/2 bath and another bedroom with a day bed (2 twins which can be pushed together or separated). The lower level has 9 foot ceilings and includes a separate entrance to the family room, 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a queen fold out bed on the lower level as well. You will have use of the 2-car attached garage with remote opener for your comfort and convenience. There is an ample supply of water from our private well to meet your needs.. Wildlife visit the property frequently. There are two decks: a covered deck, and an uncovered deck with table and chairs. This mountain retreat is only a 15 minute scenic ride from Divide, 25 minutes from Woodland Park and 50 minutes from Colorado Springs. (A one hour ride from the Colorado Springs Airport) (Just over 2 hours from Denver International Airport) There are so many things to do in Teller County, the Pikes Peak region! Enjoy HIKING, BOATING, FISHING, HUNTING, ATV-ING, AND MORE. You can hike right out the door to a MAINTAINED NF HIKING TRAIL. Take a ride to historic Cripple Creek for a day. Mueller State Park is on the way, and not to be missed. Have dinner at McGinty's Wood Oven Pub in Divide or enjoy one of the nearby craft breweries such as the Parodox Beer Company where you can sit outside while you have a beer and a bite.
