Summary: The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished. The main two bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The other two bedrooms are fine for kids to have their own space but most adults will not be happy with them. Overall I had a good time and the kids enjoyed themselves but the grand parents and my husband were not happy with the condition of the house.
