On the ground floor, the first bedroom is located & is equipped with a double bed, a fan coil unit, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with 1 sink and shower (a washing and a tumble dryer machine are also found in the bathroom). The open-plan kitchen, living room, and seating area is equipped with 3 fan coil units. The living room offers a seating area with a closed type, energy saver fireplace, a smart 55-inch TV, leather Gaultier sofas and armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and the dining area offers an amazing sea view making the sight of the villa's beautiful surroundings seen even from inside while enjoying your meals.
