The terraced house is located within the Residence "Isulidda" very close to the sea with white pebble beach within walking distance (about 3 minutes on foot); enjoys an enchanting view, from it you can admire the wonderful sunsets, in front of the suggestive nature reserve of Mount Cofano and is surrounded by wild nature, typical Mediterranean vegetation, in an atmosphere of silence and tranquility, also ideal for lovers of climbing, the beautiful cliffs of Isulidda are about 300 meters.
The town of San Vito Lo Capo is about 3 km and offers a wonderful beach with fine white sand.
The house very bright, welcoming, thanks to its angular position from every angle you can see the sea, can accommodate up to 5 people and is on two levels.
