6 Bedroom House in Oneonta

This is a nice summer rental for baseball families. It is a 100 year old 6 Bedroom home in Oneonta. The house is rented to Oneonta Students during the school year and baseball families in the summer. We continue to update a few more things each year. Newer Queen Size Beds and new kitchen floors in each kitchen! It is a big comfortable house for baseball families. The kitchens are a few years old, (appliances are older and in good working condition). Sorry, no granite counter tops or stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining room floors wererecently replaced with laminate hard wood flooring and there is newer carpeting in the bedrooms. We are close to all points of interest in Central NY. including Cooperstown All Star Village (3 miles away), Cooperstown Dream Park (20 miles, 25 - 30 minute drive), the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta and Howe Caverns.
Our home is nicely furnished. We have 2 kitchens with pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, etc. 2 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms (2 on the first floor with Queen Size Beds in each and 4 on the 2nd floor, 2 with Full Size Beds and 2 with twin beds), a sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor living room (not very comfortable for adults, but kids seem fine with it), 2 living rooms, a dining room and 2 washers and dryers. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom. There are televisions in each living room and there is WiFi. This home will comfortably sleep up to 10 people.
