Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Situated in the lower western border of Calahonda amidst tranquil settings. Within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities making Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood on-site bar, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream.
This two bedroom ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Fully refurbished bathrooms (with showers only, no bath) and kitchen, with air conditioning / heating throughout.
The lounge doors fully open out providing the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. This is a unique feature of any of our properties in the Jardines area.
The lovely sunny extended west facing private terrace has direct access to the beautiful kept landscaped gardens and communal pool which is open all year round. The owners have also installed a funky outdoor bar to enjoy that G & T as the sun goes down.
The property also offers WIFI and internet enabled British TV. The perfect choice for all age groups. Wonderful!

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
