This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Guests can reserve our house for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance, surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, Parents Weekends at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…. you name it!!

The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 5 people.
⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser and a dedicated working desk.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, 2 comfortable daybeds and 1 futon couch which easily converts to a twin-size bed, a dedicated working desk as well.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Breakfast nook which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

Summary: The photos in the listing are generous. The unit is in below average condition. If there are guests upstairs, you can hear them well, especially if they are up and playing music between 1:00 am and 6:00 am. Fine location for a party get away. Poor experience.
