Summary: John was amazing and very communicative, made check in so easy. Apartment was spotless. I was impressed with the ThinQ appliances and the washer dryer in one! Everything is brand new. Bed is comfy. Apartment is first level, walk a few steps and you have view of ocean. Public restrooms are straight down once you enter sandy beach. The Strand walks in the am were spectacular. Will definitely be staying at Johns place every time we visit Cali beaches
