The Lynhay, a single storey former cattle shed, has a striking open plan living area with large oak sliding glazed doors leading into the private garden. The underfloor heating beneath the smooth slate flags seems rarely needed as the AGA gives out a lovely warmth, and the wood burning stove (free logs) creates a cosy glow in the hearth. The master with, a double bed, and second bedroom, with 2 singles and 2 bunks, have oak floors and share a bathroom with bath and shower over. Tregerrin Barns are a great hideaway in idyllic rural isolation close to the beach at Trevone and Padstow (both walking distance) yet far enough away for peaceful seclusion. They are a wonderful place for family holidays throughout the year, or for a quiet week or weekend away from it all. Adjacent to the car park at the private entranceway is a large steel agricultural barn that has football goals, basketball and table tennis. Perfect for wet days and a traditional haunt for our children over the years. Both The Barn and The Lynhay are available together or separately, but both have privacy and their own garden.
