The studio bathroom has a single vanity and a separate shower and soaking tub. The bedroom opens to a private patio on a greenbelt with the gated resort community. Parking is located on Classic Drive less than 30 feet from the unit. The villa offers tremendous value for your next trip to the California desert. The unit can be combined with LV213 to create a spacious 3 bedroom unit (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 2 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Summary: Very nice unit. Just a studio, so not a lot to it. Bathroom nice amd shower good. Bed is very hard and not too comfy.The family staying in the other part of the unit was very loud, but i have not had that issue before.
