Positive: The property is beautiful. I wish I would have stayed longer to experience it all. My room was big, the balcony was lovely, coffee was delicious, in the gym I got everything I needed and the host was lovely to communicate with. Initially I was missing the toiletries but the host provided them upon my request. I was under the impression that there was a washing machine, but the host went above and beyond when she said she would take care of it. She collected my clothes and returned them ironed and folded the next morning. I also enjoyed a free ride to the airport.
Negative: I was disappointed that it was not an entire apartment as advertised. It was a good sized room, with a balcony and a big bathroom. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave were accessible in the communal area but the kitchen was not. I was also missing a desk and a lock on the door. Being there in the winter I was also hoping that the room would be warmer. While I had the control of the termostat, it just wouldn't go above 19 degrees. Although the morning sun shining in did make it a bit warmer. That said, the host made up for it with the menitoned positive gestures, and I would come back again.
