Our 2 bedroom new construction and luxury condo is the perfect base for your outdoor adventures, concert experiences, and culinary explorations in this vibrant lakeside community in Paugus Bay at Lake Winnipesaukee.
Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting decor of your new condo. The quaint living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, with comfortable seating and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and sleek granite countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
Both bedrooms feature luxurious bedding and plenty of storage space, making it easy to unpack and unwind during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.
Outside, the private patio offers a private and serene spot, making it the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or read a book with your favorite drink.
When you're ready to explore, you'll find that our condo is ideally located for all of your favorite activities. Take a short drive to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for live music and concerts, or head to nearby Weirs Beach for swimming, boating, and fishing.
