The home is a coastal themed brand new 2100 square foot construction with premium finishings. This house is the true definition of sun drenched. Warm and cozy coastal vibe. There is a game room/garage space on the first level that leads out to the back patio. There is an arcade game with 18 different games, a foosball table, a ping pong table, a 50 inch smart tv, and corn hole boards that can be set up inside at just about regulation distance. The backyard paver patio has solar string lights overhead a table and 6 chairs and a brand new charcoal Royal Gourmet Grill. There is a living room with another one of the 4 smart tv's on the kitchen level along with island seating for 3 and dining room seating for 6 . Nice flowing open layout so all guests can eat and hang together there and enjoy the spectacular dining room view and kitchen view. The upper level has another living area/common area with a couch, chair, smart tv, and great in and out flow to the spacious top balcony which offers towering views of Blue Bill Cove and the Sakonnet River and has a wicker table and chair set for 4 as well as 2 high end wicker lounge chairs that are perfect for catching a tan and sipping a cocktail. We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets. The back yard and side yards are fully fenced in to allow your furry friend to roam free. This home makes a fantastic winter rental as well. The tree on the northeast corner of the house goes completely bare from November to about April and you are left with a remarkable 270 degree waterview and an entire view of the cove including the small islands and the bridge. The view year round is stunning but the winter view adds another level. We allow and can fit up to 4 cars at the home. Please reach out if your party requires a 5th car.
