This spacious waterfront townhome has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The unit is equipped withs its own private elevator to access all floors in the townhouse. It is located in the center of Clearwater Beach, overlooking beautiful Clearwater Bay. While this townhouse is close to restaurants, entertainment, mini golf, markets, beach shops, and more, it is still peacefully quiet and the perfect place to relax. This townhouse is one of 6 units that share a large, heated pool and docks that you can fish from. Updated appliances, new furniture, new flat-screen televisions, brand name small appliances, and a high end propane grill. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation!
This 2269 sure foot townhome will comfortably sleep 8-10 people with one bedroom on the main level (2nd floor) and two bedrooms on the top floor (3rd floor). The excessively large master bedroom has a king size bed and full size sofa bed, walk-in closet, large flat screen tv, and a desk and office chair that overlooks the bay with breathtaking views. The master bath contains a jetted jacuzzi tub, stand up shower with 2 shower heads, and a separate toilet room with a bidet.
The bedroom on the main level contains a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and access to a attached bath on the main floor. The main floor full bath contains a combined shower/tub.
The bedroom on the top level(3rd floor )contains 2 full beds. This bedroom also contains its own private full bath with a combined shower/tub.
The kitchen, dining, and living space make up the other half of the main floor. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with an induction stove, convection oven, and fridge/freezer with dual ice makers. The living room contains a U shaped couch facing a 70" smart tv and with views of the water. Through the living room, you can access a balcony with comfortable patio furniture overlooking the pool and the bay. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee while looking for dolphins, manatees, and other sea life.
The bottom floor is long garage that can easily fit two cars and contains an extra fridge/freezer. Through the garage, you will access the pool and private patio with chairs and a Weber propane grill. There is a private elevator that covers all three floors and a full washer and dryer on the top level.
Only a 1/3 of a mile walk to the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The famous Pier 60 and marina with all the tour boats are both just a short walk. Summary: Nice townhouse in a good location. Plenty of places in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen minus dish towels and a clean sponge. Great views! Very nice large grill. It was nice to be able to park the cards in the garage. The house could have been cleaned a bit better and there is a mildew smell. There was mold in the coffee pot which unfortunately we didn’t see until the last morning. I communicated the concerns to the owner which will hopefully extend to the cleaning crew.
